The F-150 has six different engines, allowing you to choose your ideal combination of performance and efficiency. Mated to a 10-speed transmission, the powerful 3.5-liter EcoBoost® engine produces 375 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque. For even more power, you can opt for the high-output 3.5-liter EcoBoost® engine to achieve 450 horsepower and 510 lb-ft of torque. There’s also a 3.0-liter Power Stroke® turbo diesel engine, which reaches 250 horsepower and 440 lb-ft of torque. This engine also gets an EPA-estimated 30 mpg on the highway, allowing you to save money on fuel over time.*
With an array of convenient towing features available, the F-150 makes towing easier. When properly equipped with the 3.5-liter EcoBoost® V6 engine, the truck can tow up to 13,200 pounds. You can view important trailer information on the 8-inch productivity screen. Plus, dynamic hitch assist with a line-of-sight guide helps you hitch your trailer, while the Pro Trailer Backup Assist™ keeps your trailer and truck in sync when you reverse. Other available features include the trailer brake controller and BLIS® with Trailer Coverage, which warns you about vehicles in your blind spot.
The F-150 has a durable exterior that’s great for driving on and off the road, thanks to its strong aluminum-alloy body. The F-150 Raptor model comes with useful off-roading features, such as FOX live valve monotube shocks, all-terrain tires and an electronic-locking rear differential. The FX4 Off-Road Package also adds Hill Descent Control™, skid plates and off-road-tuned shock absorbers.
